Searched - Unable find source of "gurgling" under dash
Another "at a loss" thread in my attempts to search and troubleshoot this thing.
Anyone else by chance have come across a problem with this? Its a "gurgling" sound coming from under the dash. Doesnt matter if the car is cold or hot, heat or AC running, etc . . .
I would guess its related to the coolant system, but would think that air in the system would result in overheating issues (of which there are none)
Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
~Chris

I have the same sound coming from behind the glove box area. Its your heater core. Yes you do have an air pocket, which is causing the gurgling. I have had that noise going on for a yr now. I have been meaning to burp it, but just havent had time, plus the weather here sucks donkey *****.
All you have to do is...when the car is cold, remove the radiator cap. Start the car and have all electronics turned off. Use the recirculation windshield defrost and crank it on high heat with full blast of the fan. Wait and you will see the fluid decrease in the radiator. Refill it as necessary and dont worry if you spill
As the car is warming up, it will burp the air out, but it could take a while, so dont be worried that it didnt happen in 5mins. Hope this helps

I figured as much. But I would have thought that an air pocket would have eventually caused me to run hot or at least higher temp.
And yeah, its around the glovebox area. Drives my wife nuts - lol
Ill give that a shot. Thanks for the info.
