I haven't heard of any MAF calibrators but I know that SRT makes a race ecu box for their CAI which is like 400 bucks. The Check engine that your probably seeing is from the increase in air which the OEM ECU can account for. With the SRT intake there are documented HP increase but I just wanted to get rid of the ugly factory tube and went with the JOEz intake tube.

Well without a scanner and being able to look at a live datastream it could be hard to tell. Your Heated O2 sensors and MAF indeed have a GREAT deal to do with the PCM calculating fuel trims especially with regards to setting lean codes. Considering you messed with both of them, it's kind of a toss up. Sometimes the rubber boots, or connectors at the end the air intake, such as at the throttle plate, is easy to double over on the bottom without you seeing it, and thus suck in air past the MAF.
I believe your MAF should screw into the air snorkel. If so unscrew it and make sure the seal isn't compromised.
If you really want to get "crazy" you can get a DVOM and backprobe either one of your upstream HO2S and watch the voltage. this can tell you weather or not you are lean. Should be four wires. Two White ones, a black and a gray. Tap into the gray wire, and watch the voltage with the vehicle running after it has reached operating temp, (temp gauge at halfway or listen for the cooling fans to kick on). It should switch from 100mv to 900mv. If it is indeed lean then it will "hang out" on the low end more often. This does take a trained eye most of the times but it is a rudimentary way of watching some live data.
Hope this helps...

bank1 and bank2 are your o2 sensors for sure, i have the same codes..i put the srt intake with the ecu and no CEL or anything for a year, then added headers, y-pipe, and exhauset, now im throwing codes PO420 and PO430 (bank1 and bank2 sensors), all you need is a o2 simulator. they will get rid of the CEL and the codes and cost like $50. that should solve your problem.
