Fair gentlepersons, I do not like my DASHBOARD!
alright ive had this problem with my dashboard ever since i got the car in 2005..the car is a 2003 and the dashboard is HORRIBLE!...with even the slightest touch, the dash will scratch and the black textured stuff will get all over..i dont get it..a dashboard should not scratch as easily as mine does..i know some of you may have the same problem and if you hve any advice on how to fix it please let me know...I am beyond frustrated because i cant even put up a window shade without scatcing my dashboard!!..ive complained to Lexus many times and they keep blowing me off and wont fix it...my car is out of warranty but when it was still in warranty i got them to replace the cover that ges on the airbag..that is the ONLY piece on my dash that doesnt scratch if touched..any advice on what to do or where to buy a new dash would be awesome..thanks

I hear you... got the same problem on my 02 looks horrible, only solution is just don't touch it. I read on my.is a guy complained to his insurance and ended up getting all new pieces of what was messed up..
... 01 doesn't have this problem

01s have a few things.
- we sit lower @ the stock height
- we ALL have LSD (it became an option in 02)
- we clearly have the superior dash
... there were more but I've forgotten them now

hahaha "fair gentlepersons" hahaa..they changed my title haha...dang, sucks for 03's..our dashes suck..thanks for all the info..i might just rip my dash out and repaint it..anyone know how much a NEW dash would cost me or where i could get one?
