Question

How do I disconnect the daytime running lamps?
How do I wire the foglamps so that they run independently?
I'm no expert, but the local dealer doesn't want to cooperate due to "legal" reasons.
HELP!

Wouldn't just disconnecting the box set off a warning light?

My dealer in GA said they would disconnect the DRLs since the law doesn't require them in GA.

Said it would be 1/2 to 1 hr service charge.

Thanks for letting me know turning off the DRLs is so easy. More $ for mods!

Does anyone know if the box I'd be looking for on a GS430 is in the same place?

Thanks for the Info! It literally took me longer to open the hood than it did to pull the plug!!! Ha ha!
No warning lights as of yet....<knock on wood>
Now, if I could only get those fog lights working without the headlights being on...

TEG at is300.net got his foglights on without his lights. Its a little more involved than the DRL though. Here is the thread with instructions.
