I can't believe I am still doing this. I am running sikky and ISS QES, and I cannot pass inspection due to no heater sensor and no 02 IM monitors on the scanner. I have swapped two sets of upstream 02's and 2 sikky 02 sims, still no luck.

Can anyone explain if the sikky 02 sims account for upstream and downstream02's? Just want to know how they work. I am assuming my downstreams do not read at all from the ecu due to the 02 sim, and the upstreams then should just read as normal and would therefore be the reason the IM monitors are not turning on. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I am tearing my hair out trying to figure this problem out.

I read they simulate the downstream to the ecu, the ppe conditioners *will* get you to pass with flying carpets due to the fact the emissions reader will test and it *will* get correct response/readings. Wanna sell me a sikky sim? I'm after one since I don't have emissions testing and it seems less hassle to not jack up the car

I run a bt1 in my car and sometimes check to see if all signals are complete. I think there are 7 total and for some reason I've seen where only 5 were complete. i don't know why this is though.

Sure, I've got two sikky sims and both keep the CEL's off. I am considering trying the PPE sim. I am just at a loss for what to do at this point. Even took the car to lexus and they said correct voltage, and readings coming from all 02's and afr's to the ecu. Doing drive cycles now, about 200 miles into current drive cycle and evap monitor came on but nothing else. PM me and I can send to you.
