Smaller turning radius going right
Anyone else notice this? My 2013 has more turns to lock going right than left. Going right, my steering wheel will go exactly 1.5 turns to the right from center, but only about 1.3-1.4 going left from center.
Is it a feature? haha. Never noticed anything like this on any other cars I've had.

No, zero point won't change anything mechanical, and this is purely mechanical.
The "problem" is the steering rack is not mechanically centered when your wheels are pointing straight ahead (assuming your center steering is dead on meaning the steering wheel is exactly pointing straight when the wheels are also pointing straight - it is more challenging than it should be to get right).
Mine goes ever so slightly more left than right. Neither goes a full 1.5 turns, but basically you have just under 3 turns from lock to lock and they will always be divided by where your center position happens to fall. So having them perfectly equally balanced is pretty unlikely, even for Lexus. It will change after your very first alignment if any adjustments are made.
If you are adamant about getting this equal, it's going to take some work, and likely will involve removing the steering wheel AND performing an alignment at the same time. Definitely not worth the effort since the only time you'll be needing to turn that much is in a parking lot at 2 mph. The rest of the time, it couldn't be less important.

It definitely isn't a problem in normal driving, it was just surprising and I wondered if it was common.
Maybe it would matter if I was the drift king.

That's pretty far off of center. Might be worth adjusting even though it's a PITA.
