Just received a reply from Sewell.
This should be plug and play affair.
Thee bolts and connect the wires.

There's a "yes, but" that goes along with this. You'll need to have someone with a Techstream subscription calibrate the new ECU to your rack. So, either a Lexus dealer or a good Lexus independent will be needed to get it working correctly. You can drive the car without the calibration, but I wouldn't drive any farther than the nearest place you can get this done.

I LOVE the heavy steering. I used to have "chicken wings" under my arms and after 4 years of driving the F I have guns like Arnold Schwarzenegger!

I agree with you, i prefer the heavier steering feel

Mine feels just like yours, drove a friend´s F and steering was lighter than mine. Still like mine better.

I want arms like Arnold! I'm getting used to the heavy feel. I have no complaints. Whenever I drive my wife's RX350 though, I'm reminded of how heavy the ISF is.
