Need IS-F Power Steering Upgrade ECU programmed calibrated

Has anyone done the ISF power steering upgrade? My power steering for my 2008 IS350 X-Package stopped working. Bought a ISF power steering ECU (Part number : 89650-53040) off eBay for $175 from a 2009 ISF. It's suppose to be plug and play, but looks like it still needs to be programmed. Need a shop or someone with a TechStream to program/calibrate it. Dealerships are asking $195 and they are unsure if it will work. Rather take it to a shop that is familiar with this upgrade. To OP, were you able to get this done? If so, by who? Install I can do but unfortunately I don't have TechStream to calibrate.

I also got a used ISF one for my 2010 IS350. It worked without having to do any programming. I was told that you'd only have to calibrate if it's brand new.

It was plug and play. Didn’t have to reprogram anything.

If it’s a used power steering ECU you don’t have to program it. Only if it’s brand new.
