Sway Bar Torque Specs Needed
I took off the stock sway bar and greased up the bushings and end links last night. I couldn't find the torque specifications for the bushing brackets. I torqued them to 30 ft lbs. Hopefully this will be ok. Does anyone know the torque specifications?

You can also download the installation instructions from Sewell's website.

when the guys at my shop installed the sikky sway bars and tom's chassis bracing stuff they NEVER used a torque wrench.... they just tightened it tight as "F"...... could this cause issues?

As I always say, if the guy tightening the bolts on the engine mounts of the last jet you flew on was so cavalier with the torque he applied, would you fly on the jet? I wouldn't.
There's a reason they specify a torque and it has a lot to do with the fastener not breaking under load.
