Front Bumper and Light washer removal
I have have purchased the 2011 headlight upgrade. But before i attempt to remove the front bumper myself...I was searching online for some instructions....i find a few instructions for removal of ISX50 front bumper with out Headlight washer, but nothing if you have the washers.
Can anyone help me ...How can I remove the Cover to the headlight washer cover.(the one that sits on top of the nozel that pops out of the front bumper).
Thx

If you pull up on the unit cover and look under it you will see two clips. You have to push them in together to get the cover to come off of the washer assembly. The easy was I have found is to take a pair of needle nose pliers, open them so the tips can push both clips at the same time and it should pop off with no problem.

The water line is a 'squeeze tab' its a black circle with notches on 2 ends 180 each other...squeeze there & pull the hose out.
The wire harness...theres a 'press tab' press the small tab in the middle of the clip & pull the clip out.

Looking to remove the isf front bumper with headlight washer to replace the front turn signal bulbs.
Before I attempt, I want to clarify the steps
Do I remove the fog light bulbs and headlamp washer/harness lines first then proceed to remove the front bumper bolts and clips? Or the other way around?
Any other connections I need to remove?
My F does not have parking sensors.
Thanks

Too bad you did not ask me on the weekend.
Remove the fog bulbs and place them is zip lock bags to prevent washer fluid and such splashing all over them. I do this too mine because they are HID and I do not want finger oils.
Then remove the bumper following the tutorials and rest the bumper, once separated place just in front of the car, you then have access to the headlight washer fluid lines.
You can keep this connected during the headlight change over, but will have limited range with the bumper. *********************************They will not impede the removal of the lights!
If you wish to place the bumper elsewhere away from the vehicle you will need to remove the headlight washer fluid line, found on the lower drivers side area. There is an "in" line coming off the bottom of the reservoir, un-clip the hose pinch clamp (similar to the oil vapor lines on the intake) and twist the line till you can pull it off. At this point all of the remaining washer fluid will drain out of the reservoir - so use an empty jug or improvise with a container of some sort.
Washer fluid reservoir drain hose situated at the bottom
This arrow is pointing to the washer fluid connection point to the bumper lines. But like I said you can leave the bumper connected and just lay it in front on the car when servicing the lights.
