Headlight removal
Yup, no other way to get to the headlight. Taking the bumper off is not difficult, should only take you about 15 - 20 min. But like onexcite said, you can remove it partially if you only working either on right or left headlight. You don't have to worry about the other side.
I'm attempting this bumper removal tomorrow or the next day. On step (e) it says to "detach the 10 claws". Has anyone attempted this? Is the bumper basically just going to disconnect by pulling straight out?

Got the bumper off, there was an extra bolt inside the wheelwell that holds the bumper to the fender. Its easy to find.
I found where the water was geting into my headlight. The top plastic mount was broken and was slightly lifted. It took enough of the plastic below it to make a dime sized hole on the top of the headlamp housing which was allowing water and condensation in.
My question now is what type of epoxy or glue should I use to reseal this? Which type is best with plastic and being resistant to water?

Do the repair at home or in a garage. You need the glue to cure, the one I posted usually takes 8 - 12 hours. For best results, do it at around 5 - 6pm and leave it overnight to cure. In the morning it will be solid like rock.
