It's not the weight that's the problem. That's all supported by the spring. You need to revalve match the spring rate, and obviously the ISF rates are higher. When you have a stiffer set of springs, it has the potential to absorb more energy. The dampers merely controls the energy/oscillation, so if you do not have enough damper force for a stiffer spring, you'll end up bouncing around.

The shocks themselves are pattered after the factory shock body. So no there is no kind of drop from the shock assy themselves whatsoever. The aftermarket lowering springs you choose will dictate the drop.

The suspension on my '08 ISF is probably about due for replacement since it has 75K on it, and I want to replace them with something economical since I may not have the car much longer (eyeing a Telsa!). Has anyone else tried these yet? This review by Flipside is still the only feedback I've seen on them, which is surprising to me since they've been out for several years now.

With the roads being as smooth as they are in AZ I wouldn't mind going a bit stiffer in fact. I want less roll in the corners while on the track,

I randomly stumbled upon this thread out of just curiousity considering the factory struts are made by tokico.
Anyone rocking these nowadays or has this product kind of fallen to the way side?
