If you do trade your 2011 IS-F in to a dealer....I would swap the differential carrier with the 08 IS-F so that your 08 IS-F would have an LSD.
So he either gets sued for fraudulent representation or a big dock on trade-in-value for modification on his otherwise stock ISF. Great plan.

I was offered $13-17k for my ISF trade in. Was able to sell it for almost $21k with multiple individuals fighting over it.

A friend of mine bought and has a 2012 that previous owner swapped interior from an 08 and wheels also. Don't think he can get sued dealers sell cars as is. Unless the person taking in the trade or at auction knows exactly what each year ISF has or needs to have its just a matter of conciosness I guess. I personally wouldn't do it but again when people are trading in cars seen swapped headlights and wheels and interior threads here in classafieds.

Even though the proof of burden falls on the plaintiff, the defendant should not do anything silly like adding a possibility of self-incrimination such as not disclosing the modification when he tried to sell it as "original equipment and never been modified". On the other hand, if he does disclose it, the car most likely would dip in value (I'm sure nobody appreciates how you swap out the newer part for older part, yes?)

So, sell it as is and call it a day. Why try to screw someone over when the payout isn't even that great? (Not saying that the payout is the only factor here, but the reward simply does not outweigh the risk enough for the feasibility)

When people post about certain ISF at that certain dealer I pm them to stay away from them. Like I said 08 interior on a 2012 and wheels wrong also. At least the headlights where the correct ones .

Not sure what to tell you, but if anything I would keep the cars you have.

If there is anything to add is, please for the love of god, don't let your teenagers drive the IS-F's.

Thanks in advance!
