Is PPE Still In Business???
I've been trying to get a hold of them for over a week now and have had zero luck! I've called numerous times, left voice mails, and even sent them an email, but nobody is getting back to me. This is really weird to me because there are many threads that talk about how great the customer service standards are at PPE.
Long story short, I'm trying to get a hold of them because I keep throwing a cel code that I believe is related to their headers (P2238 - O2 Bank 1 Sensor 1 Positive Current Circuit Low). I had the headers installed on my 08' about 8-12 months ago and have never had an issue. Now all of a sudden I'm getting this one code. I replaced the A/F sensor, but that didn't fix the issue. While replacing the sensor, I inspected the wire extender and it looked fine (was routed behind the heat shield and no wires touching anything hot), however, I'm wondering if these wire extenders can go bad after some time? The only other item I can think of would be the conditioner, but why would that go bad all of a sudden... I guess its possible? I'm trying to get a hold of PPE in hopes that they can provide some guidance or help me get a new wire extender or conditioner.
Thanks!

Sorry for the trouble getting a hold of us. We have just moved to a larger shop, but the phone and internet are not set up correctly. We are waiting for *** to come out and fix the situation.
The most likely cause is the wiring extension towards the top by the connector. Pulling the engine side connector off the mount and routing it further from the headers/engine also helps protect it. We have more here if you would like to try one. Send me an email to paul.prentis@ppeengineering.com and I will help you out.
