Can you think of any reason why my airbag light comes on (11 ISF) when I'm out on the track (VIR) ? It comes on 50-75% of the time and goes off when I restart. No adverse effects as far as I can tell and also the light doesn't come on during normal driving. No check engine codes in the computer. Any ideas?

Hmmmm I had a similar airbag light problem.My fix was a airbag squib connector was loose by drivers side knee. I think there were threads on it but I cant remember when they were posted. Hope you find the problem.

I bet it is a loose connection somewhere as stated above.

thankfully it goes away. Sounds like the Gs at the track maybe playing with a loose connection.
