Is F - Drift / Sway at high speeds
Hey, I haven't been able to find anything too relevant in the search so I thought I'd start a new thread and see if I could get some experiences opinions. I have noticed lately that when doing 70+ in my 2008 F it becomes very unstable. Corners, lane changes, and even wind gusts will blow the car across the lane. The steering wheel feels less responsive and it almost feels as though the whole car shifts and then can take the turn. Has anyone experienced this? Maybe loose tie rods, in need of an alignment? I wanted some suggestions before digging in.
-Side note. I heard that mismatched tires can cause this, however I had Nitto Motivo's on the front and Nitto Envo's on the back and just recently swapped the backs for Motivo's so they are now all matching.

I had a similar problem immediately after installing new tires - turned out that one of the tires suffered from "tire/radial pull" - once I replaced the tire the issue went away.
If you have ruled out the tires - I would get an alignment next.

you should have an alignment with new tires. I would start with that. My car has been pulling to the right for 2 sets of tires now. I have aligned it twice and once with my big *** in the car. on flat roads its fine but when there is an angle it wants to drift slightly
