Been looking at pickup a used 2011+ IS-F....
Don't see too many nicely modded ones pop up for sale?
Is Ebay the best place to look or Autotrader? Seems most forum members like to keep their car which is a good thing

I have not seen too many positive experiences from Ebay when it comes to vehicles. Just Google, generally a number will pop up for sale. Took me a year to find my current one.

I've seen ebay and most of the ebay ads already have an ad elsewhere such as autotrader or dealer website.
I would honestly use all of those resources if you can, i.e. autotrader, craigslist, ebay, dealer websites, etc...
I have bought from ebay before had to fly out to TX, but the price and car was in great shape, just had to factor in the cost of flight, bringing the car back, etc.. Until this day, it is a car that I regret ever trading in.

The ones mentioned are primary sites you should check out.
In additional I check cargurus, edmunds, truecar, as well as swapa lease or lease trader. It's extremely rare to find a owner that is giving up on their lease early but it's possible. I found one owner that posted his 2014 isf on lease trader a few months back. It was gone a few days later.
