Default Where to get Lexus parts to perform maintenance besides the dealer

Looking to tackle 60k service. I would like to use OEM parts/fluids. Looking for these parts below and don't want to get rape the dealership. Paid $103 for oil change. Qouted $917 for 60k, and $1053 for front pads and rotors (just ordered micron meter to see if I am below specs on rotor). Is there a popular site everyone uses to get OEM parts?

• Replace air conditioner filter
• Replace brake fluid
• Replace engine air filter
• Replace rear differential oil
• Replace spark plugs

Could I use Lexus Technical Information system (TIS) to perform brake fluid change, change out rear differential oil, torque specs and spark plug swap? I do not know how to do these things but I cannot give dealership anymore of my hard earn money.

Should I invest in on those vac system EX. MityVac 7300 PneumaticVac – Air Operated Fluid Evacuator

Maybe you can find a local Lexus tech that wants a little side work. Short of that buy the service manuals for the car, they have all of the specs you want but they can be pricey and the ones you can download are often missing information.

MyLParts.com, a vendor here on the forums, is one that still provides a nice discount for CL members and has a large number of the OEM products when needed.

Quick tip: Even if you can't find a specific part through one of MyLPart's diagrams, just throw the part number in the search box and it will more then likely come up so you can purchase it. And for the times you do not know the part number, I generally use the section diagrams on lexussouthatlantaparts.com to find them or to double check MyLPart's numbers.

I have heard many people say we can still get that crazy CL price through Sewell but we have to call directly. I would try that first. Their prices were INSANE !

And still not the lowest available. Shop around, especially because you are in the Southeast and JM Family owns all Scion/Toyota/Lexus importing for the entire southeast. There are bargains to be had not far from here.
