Start with the battery. If it's weak, lots of warnings hit and the dash looks like a Christmas tree. If your battery is good, you'll need to plug into the diagnostic port with a code reading device to see what codes are set. You are in limp mode right now, so something is really unhappy, but without and DTCs (codes) it's very difficult to say what might be the issue.

There was a similar thread with someone describing the same symptoms as you. The problem turned out to be the battery. GL with getting your car back into shape bro!
Edit: I found the thread, but not sure if its the same symptoms. Hope this helps bro,GL! : https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...n-driving.html

Amazon $67 shipped.
It could also be a exhaust leak, where the header meets the exhaust. The O2 sensor is right after that.

That sounds like O2 sensor on passenger side header. Don't you have PPE headers? I had a similar issue after my header install. But my code was air fuel ratio sensor on the driver side header. But since yours is the O2 sensor on the passenger side it could be a bad sensor or the conditioner went bad. Probably the sensor. PPE conditioner does not eliminate the O2 sensors in the mix. Anyways, do not buy the sensor from a dealer. It's a Denso sensor. Part number Denso 234-4521.
Amazon $67 shipped.
