HELP! electronics going on and off when driving!

HELP! electronics going on and off when driving!
as stated in the title, when I put the car into drive this happens:
speedo jumping to all different speeds
nav and stereo going on and off
warning lights going on and off on the dash
when turning the wheel was jerking the opposite direction it was turned
as soon as I put the car in park everything is ok. I just went a few blocks to the bank and back when this happened. never happened before.
thoughts? I'm out of manufacture's warranty with 63,xxx on the clock.
not gonna lie I'm a little scared
