They are on EBay for less than $30.00 shipped. You can probably get them elsewhere as well....

Thanks for the compliments! I thought they ended up looking good too! While I had my bumper off I also took off my tips and repainted the diffuser part black and polished the tips

Back in the 1997 I had an rs akimoto intake on my civic and it came with a license plate surround.. I’d still rock that if it didn’t get brittle over the years (put it on my next two Honda cars, bought akimoto for both of those as well haha)..

the neuspeed surround/decals were legit too, if you didn’t have neuspeed sport springs as a first lowering spring kit, I got some bad news
