Disconnecting ML subwoofer
Is there an easy way to quickly disconnect the stock ML subwoofer? I've read that it hardly makes a difference and I'm pretty convinced that mine has been blown. I've lowered the bass to compensate for the issue but it'd probably be better if I could disconnect it and turn the bass back up on the remaining speakers. I know to access the subwoofer, the rear seats must be removed but if there was an easier way, I would just disconnect it. Thanks.

Mine died without a peep. I didn't really notice until I played a song with bass that sounded really flat. It took them about 15 min to diagnose.
The dealership that I went to said that they only have replaced one other subwoofer in the second gen IS line and it was due to a complaint of a "buzzing" noise.
Also, the sub is not enough to go shaking other people's cars, etc. It is about 8" in diameter and helps out with the bass. It performs best with the windows closed.
