Finaly, yesturday again everything came back (Check). I scanned and I had two code, P0607 and P0138. P0138 was saying that O2 sensor bank1, sensor 2 was incorrect. We had change this O2 this afternoon. After we changed it we had looked over exhaust graphic on our scan and back sensor are not quit exact as the ones into the manifold. I had like 0.1 volt difference.

Does someone know if it is normal to get difference for second O2 sensors when the first one (in manifold) are saying exactly the same thing?

This weekend I'll make some miles and hope I do not have those check again!

Thanks!

Finally, good new's! No check engine anymore since I change my O2 sensor. So everyone who got those check (VSC, Main Warning, check engine and check VSC in the cluster screen) please take time to look over your O2 sensor.

Thanks

Zapa, did you get this figured out?

Anyone else run into this after installing an aftermarket exhaust?

Default Problem solved?

Hey, i have the same problem with my IS F...did you fix it?? I replaced the ECU, A/F sensors and O2 sensors as Lexus recommended but the code continues.

There does not seem to be any other issues with the car, sounds good, drives good, no shaking.

recently have driven through 2 snow storms, slush, and high snows.

my mods are Borla exhaust, Injen intake which have been installed for 6000+ mi with no issues

latest maintenance was an oil change and rear diff oil change, battery has not been replaced.

The car is at Lexus Calgary right now as I was on a business trip at the time of failure.

Code thrown is P0607 CONTROL MODULE PERFORMANCE, after I talked to the service rep he said the suggestions were exhaust leak and O2 sensor (after i suggeted both)

Any help would be appreciated fellas.

Default Little help needed

I have the same code P0607, my mods are sikky headers, and a straight pipe. the previous owner told me that he wasn't shooting any codes when he had it but now it is. it seems to reset it self every time I readjust the gas cap. any help or ideas? I haven't checked my o2 sensors yet but that's next on the list.

Just from reading this, you probably answered your own question. you say it goes away with adjusting the gas cap. This was a common issue in lexus and toyota vehicles. You need to replace the cap or I have seen that someone had put a piece of electrical tape under the rubber o ring that helped seal it better.

But I have already replaced the gas cap every once in a while it resets and it drives without the lights on but then the lights come back on. Any other suggestions?
