yes u can but the only thing is when u switch to led for the turn signals u will get the symptom that is called hyperflash and the cops will pull you over for that. Hyperflash is basically when the light is blinking rapidly fast. I believe there is a module u have to hook the led to so it doesn't hyperflash when using the turn signals.

^ I am also using the PIAA Mirror bulbs as well, they are bright as the OEM, but not as bright as the LEDs I tried from V-Leds before.
Philips Silvervision is also good but they are rare to find in North America.
This is the brightest LED turn signal I tried on the market:

You also need to install the Electronic LED Flasher to fix the hyperflash issue with LED turn signals.

The reason I gave up on V-LED turn signal is they are too long and not fit in my 2011 headlight housing. If OP is 08-10 ISF and you should be fine.
Btw, I have the brand new Lexus LED turn-signal hyperflash fix for sale, it is plug and play and good for up to 4 LED turn signals in a Lexus ISX50 and IS-F.

^ Just a bit brighter than stock one when it blinks, in direct sunny daytime, yes, I say it again it is brighter than stock one.
Those stealth bulbs from stealthauto.com are bad, I tried them and not even half bright as stock one, in daytime.

You can get the resistors and it'll work. I have LED signals on my 2GS with load resistors and it works great. Love using my blinker now. Lol. Especially at night time. It blinks so clean, no fading in and out like stock.
