Anyone have a daily driver other then the IS?
Like the title says. Just trying to see who else has another car they drive other then their IS.
My Infiniti G37 was totaled in November and I've just been driving my IS.
Thinking of getting a little daily car but unsure of how much I should really spend and what kind of car to get.
Looking for some opinions!

I have a 2015 Avalon in Blizzard Pearl. Comfortable, decent gas mileage and enough power. I drive it when I don't drive my 16' 350 F Sport which is Obsidian. Really hard to keep that color clean.

I bomb around in a 1992 Suzuki Swift GT for half the year as a winter beater..
I do miss driving the IS during the winter but I love beating the crap out of the Swift, it is a car you actually have to drive instead of riding in.

I came from a Mazda 6 (2012, pre-redesign). Thing runs like a champ, 45k miles changed tires and brake pads ONCE. No other issues except routine maintenance. MPG is alright roughly 24-25 combined.
The ride is comfortable, except for longer rides. I drove down to LA and it was a pain. Mainly because no lumbar support. Maybe the new ones have it?
The newer Mazda 6 looks way more refined with tons of more tech. Comes at a pretty decent price range. 25-30k new.
*If anything, get a civic lol*

Had friends that owned and worked as a tech at BMW. Its not a good investment, especially if its out of warranty.

Own. I never leased because I'll hate to always have a monthly car payment.
Mazda was paid by cash when purchased. My current IS350 is being financed. 2 years left.

I actually still have a 1988 BMW 528e. Despite the fact that it's a BMW, they're actually decently cheap for parts and surprisingly dependable. Better gas mileage than my 16 IS350 F Sport, and more comfortable for a relaxing cruise too!

I own.. I've had it for close to 20 yrs actually, it started out as a project car with an insane stereo and sat in my garage for many many many years, until my daily driver (2005 Suzuki Aerio) got written off.. I didn't have the $$ to buy the IS at the time so I drove the Swift for a year until I had saved enough.. Now it is my winter beater..
Still miss the '05 Aerio and Suzuki's for that matter, best cars I have ever owned...

I have a 2010 Honda Civic, 2005 Ford Taurus. 2012 F150 Platinum 4x4 Ecoboost (I drive this daily), and a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 with a Hemi.
I let my oldest son drive the Civic, the youngest drive the Taurus, my wife drives the IS, and we use the Jeep for when it gets icy or snowy. I would like to say the Ford was the best in the ice and snow, but I just can't beet the Jeep. The IS and Civic are the most fun to drive (unless it's snowing then the Ford or Jeep are).
As far as comfort nothing beats the F150. As far as looks nothing beats the 2015 IS.
I have thought about getting new, but I hate having car payments so I'll stick with paid for vs new for right now, unless something happens and I have to buy new.
