Hello,

New to this kind of thing, but anyways for those with 2016 IS 350 F sport, has anyone had AC issues and Shock issues that got repaired on their brand new car with a little over 7400 miles on it?

First ac issue was all the settings went backwards. settings to blow front blew on feet only, settings to blow on feet blew on front only and windshield setting, you hear it blowing but feel nothing. I got that fixed. second ac issue was one side blew out warm air. Lexus had to replace servo I believe that's the name of it and a few other parts. Third issue was rear shock leaking so they had to replace that. I haven't had the car for a year yet so I wasn't sure if anyone else had the same issue or if I was one out of thousands who got a defected one or whatever.

Lexus said the rear shock was leaking so it got replaced under warranty

That and the 200t boost actuators etc seem kind of troubling. I don't recall the 2IS having a lot of issues. Hopefully these remain mainly isolated incidents. Kind of weird how you had both those things during the first 8k miles on a brand new 2016 car.
