You can't pull on the very top (horizontal portion)...you need to press on the sides as the paddles pivot in that direction.

It took about 2 weeks to arrive from China but i just received it today and put it on after i got back home from work.
I'm very satisfied with it. i can have my hands at 10 & 2 and finally reach the paddle to shift.

3M tape is used to install the extensions. i don't think it's going anywhere anytime soon.

I bought these exact ones, they don't fit my RCF though, any idea what models the ones I got will fit? I'll be looking to resale if anyone is interested 😢

It looks very good compared to the one i already got. Unfortunately they only have color black in Aliexpress. I will wait for the grey one like yours since it blended in beautifully. I hope it doesn't take too much work to remove the current extension i already have in place...Going to blow dry it and hope the adhesive just comes off haha.

^I just got the grey silver one today like he has but it doesn't fit my RCF even though they said it would for my model, I guess the RC350/RC300 paddles are a bit different, so I was going to post mine for sale, let me know if you want them, brand new in the package and I'll ship 2 day priority mail.

I just picked up the one RCF303 have because it didn't work on his RCF. I took out my old one and it came out way better and easier then i expected. I didn't have any of the adhesive stuck to my lexus paddle. Didn't had to do any cleaning.
