Wrecked my whip, some thoughts??
On my way back over the mountain, I swerved to not hit a deer doing "a lot" and hit a snow marker and got some rash on the asphalt on the other side of the bumper (driver)
The lower bumper portion is all that was damaged. I found a primed replacement for $294, however, my paint shop quotes me $1900.
I completely understand a bit more for paint, assembly and such.
And, I am pretty sure Lexus would probably charge more. I'm fine with that point. Unless I get more input from someone in the same position.
Cool thing is, I decided to get the fog light upgrade for the section that was damaged anyway. It cost $169 shipped.
Anyone suggest where to put the switch?

Why are you freaking out then? Find a good bodyshop and let them take care of the work and approval of cost with insurance adjuster assigned to your claim and all you do is pay your deductible to the bodyshop. This is typical how it works when you make a claim with your insurance company. Should be no stress/work on your part.
