This isn't to say that some technicians are still sloppy. There are lazy workers everywhere. The fact is your paint matched and they fixed the small things when you brought it to the attention of someone who wasn't the lazy technician who did your work. I'd say that's a shop that stands behind their work, no?
I don't work for Toyota/Lexus. I have had a really bad experience with a shop recently who worked on my Lexus.
