Is there a how to on changing the shif ****

I finally picked up my IS 250 and the shifter had a scratch on it, I was just wondering if there is a how to on changing it, rather do it my sefl I will be more careful, thanks

There's a tab that holds the shift **** to the leather boot. Hold the shift **** and pull down the boot gently straight down. It looks like this. Then rotate the **** counterclock wise to remove.
