Default Strange noise at idle 2006 is250 and [video]

so I got back from leave a couple days ago and I was waiting with a buddy to go to some class and he pointed out there's a weird noise coming from my engine. I've only heard this one other time during a start up but that was months ago and finally heard it today except it would happen every minute or so now. I did drive my car to and from California, which it did great but now this noise I'm hearing worries me. Yesterday I went to check the mail and it was driving fine and I know there's that gurgle sound which I believe is he water pump or something? This one is just a new one to me, idk if it's because it's cold or what. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Seems like whenever I did spark plugs it's been sounding a little weird. Everything was gapped correctly, tightened right, so I'm a little clueless..

Here's the video: https://youtu.be/ItPDAlXbSPk

Could be a water pump bearing going. Is it leaking out the weep hole and have you checked your coolant level? If you want to pin point the noise their is a mechanics Stethoscope at harbor Freight for $5. Just be careful cause it can blow out your ear drum.

Otherwise it's hard to tell from the video.

So I do believe my water pump went out. Was sitting in my car on a cold morning waiting for a formation to start and my car made the same noise but even worse now. Turned off the car and went to the formations nd as I was standing there I just seen coolant leaking out from under my car. Wasn't a little bit either. Lost all coolant. It's not coming from radiator so is it safe to safe it's my water pump so I can have one prime shipped to me?

sounds like a belt tentioner but if you have coolant leaking then you can pretty much count on waterpump

Depends if you want a Lexus part or aftermarket. I just replaced mine with a Lexus part on Amazon, not Prime eligible but came in a couple days: (

Or, you can get the same part without the Lexus/Toyota branding on it for $20 cheaper and Prime shipping. Note that it's the same exact water pump as the Lexus branded part as Aisin makes both. (
