DIY: for replacing Tensioner pulley arm on 06-13 Lexus IS please ?

My IS had noise lately, replaced water pump the noise still there, the shop said the Tensioner Pulley is bad too, the part is 300$-400$, i want OEM and i would like to do it myself, guy at shop said it's easy, anyone can help me with picture, thanks so much.

Did you have a new OEM belt installed with the new water pump? I once had a minor noise, thought it was the idler pulley, purchased the pulley, while in the pulley was in transit I installed a new OEM belt I had sitting around, noise went away.
