Cutting Cats off of '06 IS250
My cats are bad, I want them gone, I do not have emissions so that's not an issue. I just don't want any check lights come on. I'm wanting to cut off both cats and put just a straight pipe in its place.
What are the aspects I need to worry about?
I cut them off of a 95 Honda Accord before, but that is a whole different world.
Need help!
Just simple instructions on how would be very much appreciated.

Are you sure your cats are bad? If you are condemning them due to P0420 and P0430 codes, be aware that the most frequent cause of those DTCs is an exhaust leak under the heat shield at the Y pipe.
