Default Will obx pass emissions?

My cats are fried so it's time to throw some more money at the car. I've seen a lot of hate towards the OBX header and pipe, but anyone who's actually used it seems to like it for the most part. Regardless....come on it's only 300 bucks. But will this setup pass emissions? (i live in Tennessee) I guess you could chop the mid pipe and weld the flange back on so you can put a universal cat on, but will that work?

I'm guessing if you put a stock cat in there you will pass emmissions pretty well even with one cat. Mine has one high flow cat and I think I'll be fine come emmissions time.

If the header is CARB legal and you have a cat you should be good.

Generally, with just a single cat, like a Magnaflow cat, the only thing that could go bump are your HC (hydrocarbon) or unburnt gas readings. As long as your plugs and combustion are good, you shouldn't have a problem running that setup.
