Questions about Wheels and rims
Ok so i have the 07 is250 awd model and i want to get bigger rims. I am thinking like 18" rims but not sure how to figure out all of the details. Like i have read up on the AWD wheel size forum which explains everything but i am still not understanding it.
So i am thinking i want to get a staggered setup with the rear a little bit bigger as far as tire profile than the front. I have seen a setup i really liked but when it comes down to the tire profile and of the car i am lost. What is the margin that i need to stay in so that the wheels won't mess up my car, also if i get bigger wheels will i need to take the car to the dealer and have them re-calibrate the car so that my speedometer is correct?

You speedometer will be fine.
You can go to 18's no problem. The stock wheels at 17x8?
If you really want staggered. You could do 18x9 in the front, 18x9.5 in the rear. Honestly though, those are numbers I just threw out there that are pretty conservative without having to worry about too much. But will give you a wider setup.
You have endless options.
