K&N Cold Air Intake and Magnaflow Exhaust
Hi CL,
I just bought a cold air intake for my 2010 IS250 and was looking into getting a Magnaflow exhaust kit for it in the next month or so. I know nothing about exhaust systems and was wondering if there are any good alternatives to the 879 dollar one that I am seeing on CarID.
Also, what are your thoughts on the air intake I bought?

Honestly, you could custom build an exhaust and save a little more $. To me, intakes in our types are cars don't add any real hp. I dont believe the hype. The best is actually our Stock factory intakes. You could go JoeZ intake pipe or F sport intake as these two are proven to make close to or about 5 whp.

Yeah custom building is definitely a better option you if you don't have the funds for those more expensive options. That, or you could cheap like I did and buy a tsudo, which I heard is kinda like the HKS, or an M2, which is essentially a tanabe knock off if you prefer more quiet. Just a little heads up though if you do get the M2, I heard they are prone to rust, and as for the Tsudo, the tips are pretty big in contrast to stock lol but I grew to love how it looks now All in all , I only spent like $320 so I'm very pleased.
