Default Oil filter access cover hardware

I changed the oil in my girls 2009 IS250. Apparently some oil monkeys got a hold of it..

the plastic access panel had :
1 course thread screw
1 missing screw
1 fine thread screw

What should be correct ? She purchased used and did not get an owners manual with her car.

Thanks,

I believe a course and I don't recall bolt size. The other panels underneath use the same screws so take one of them out and try it in the missing spots. Then once you find the one that goes in go match that at homdepot or an auto parts store.
