going to buy used is350 (advice?)
im going to see a used 2006 is350 tomorrow any suggestions of what i should watch out for?? i already own a 2007 is250

Pink coolant crust from a leaking water pump. Check the NAV (if equipped) for full functionality. Plug a spark plug or two to look for any oil on the plug (bad oil consumption and poor compression). Listen for any bad wheel bearings. Get it up on a rack and check it out for an signs of damage.
A CarFax should be a no-brainer too.
