Custom Vented Fenders possibly in production; suggestions?
( UPDATE ON PAGE 3 )
Car currently in shop
Installing wald front/sides/rear
molding wad spoiler/raising quarters.
want to do custom vented fenders, i know someone here did them, can someone post pics or tell me his username? would love to chat with him
i want a design similar to these too. i like how the blue one looks, id imagine on my car in lengh needs to extend down a little further since our fender is so much longer
i like the design of the orange one, looks like the blue just longer how i want
whats your thoughts guys?
good idea? or no?
any suggestions?

Why not just find is-f fenders/side skirts and go is-f fit bumper? Looks much better IMO, but they aren't that bad.
The ones I saw here were almost Mercedes SL style and were pretty ugly I thought.

Here are some pictures of my custom fenders
Some of the procedures that my body shop did:
- Take apart the fenders
- Line them up and draw the layout with a sharpie
- Cut and push in
- Add on a piece of metal (long triangular shape, I have no vents because that could weaken the structure of the fenders)
- Weld the metal
- Sand and bondo
- Primer and paint
Hope that helps
btw I love rice.. I can eat rice all day errday !

I'm all for something new and different for our cars. That's the first time I've seen MyIS350G's car, and the works looks really good, so kudos on that. I personally would not put them on my car because it would look "out of place" with the rest of the smooth lines. That said, with an aggressive kit like the Wald kit or the Black Bison front bumper, this would flow really well. Good luck with the fenders! I'd love to see how it turns out.
