Lexus IS 250 150,000 mile service. Worth going to the dealer?

My IS 250 is almost hitting 150k and Lexus Dealer wants $559.29 for the service! Is their anything major required at 150k?

What service is this? Other than "inspections" what are they wanting to do?

At 150k miles you should be doing the following:

- change oil and filter
- Replace air conditioner filter
- Replace brake fluid
- Replace engine air filter
- Replace engine coolant
