The link provided is an affiliate link, using the http://www.viglink.com/ service. IMO this thread should be removed.

Most forum owners don't like it when you make money from the traffic they provide.

Granted you might not be the one that did this, if the forum owner has some scripting that might have been a generated link they made, if thats the case disregard

NO, because I didn't do anything that could send error to ECU or malfunction the EGR valve itself.

look logicaly:

1. no need to touch/block EGR or anything phisicaly operation
2. EGR stil works as before
3. EGR gets fresh air from COLD PIPE (pipe after FMIC)
4. you just need to BLOCK the hole on exhaust manifold to EGR coolng sys (smoke that goes from exhaust mani to EGR)

THAT's ALL!

you only BYPASS EGR, not block it..
he gets fresh air from fmic that turbo sucked in through airbox, exhaust smoke is not going to engine again and exits faster and get you better turbo spool etc etc.

my and other cars that have done it thsi way run fine.

here is movie clip from yt that shows good egr bypass.
this guy had bad way baypass before but he finally manage to worked it good.
