Reading comprehension is key in contributing to an internet forum.
I do not think anyone picked up on the fact that he said he did not know the offsets of the tyres in the very first post.
In addition he is running stock suspension. He should not have any trouble with any tire size in terms of rubbing.
I run a 225/35/19 in the front and 245/35/19 in the rear on the same size wheels. My tires are stretched a good bit though. If you want to avoid the stretched look you would want to increase the size in the front to 235 and to about 265 in the rear.

IF you run 265/30/19 in the rear with stock height, it will look funny because the rear fender gap will be wider than what you have now by around 10mm. And the tire will look very thin. 265/30 is best look with a fair bit of low, no fender gap. You can go 255/35/19 for thicker sidewall. It will also give you close-to-stock overall tire diameter. Or you can go with 275/30/19 for non-stretch look but it will still give you shorter tire diameter (which leads to wider fender gap compared to stock wheel on stock suspension)

It will look big and meaty. For me, I like this look. Especially if you are not aiming to run low, this should look good as it will fill the fender very well.
Below is a good example of big fat rears, from an old time CL fellow, juice14. One of my favourite. But he is running even bigger, 275/35/19 if I remember correctly.
