Default I accidentally snapped a bolt on my coolant inlet housing, am I screwed?

Did the classic 1 crank too many and snapped a 10mm bolt on the bottom of my water inlet housing. Of course on the practical last step of replacing my water pump this happens. Am I completely screwed until I can get a new one? Will it still seal without the one bolt? If not what is methods can I use to get the old bolt out?
