Clear Bra install Quote
A installer of Avery Nano film quaoed me a price of $450 dollars that includes the partial hood, partial fenders, full bumper, lights, and mirrors. He has access to the Nano Fim through his local distributor. He said Nano Film is very hard to come by but loves it. I have read great reviews on it.
Anyone have any comments on the above price? I do live outside any big cities so the price is generally cheaper. This guy installs for BMW and Toyota in my City. He is good according to the BMW dealership.

here's a link to my questions about clear bra'ing...but as HeartmyIS said, 450 is cheap...I'd definitely check up on the warranty coverage on the material/labor.

Mine was 3M.
$500 for front bumper, partial hood, and partial fenders.
$150 for rocker panels and side skirts
$75 for Headlights
$725 Total. Includes a 5 year warranty against cracking and yellowing. Does not cover normal wear and tear.

I agree. Don't have the dealership do it. The product usually isn't the same quality and the price is outrageous.

FYI...I paid 1550 for full front hood, fenders, bumper, headlights, fog lights, door sill and 3M Crystalline tint...it was going to be about 1200 for just the clear bra though. And this was for Xpel Ultimate. It was between xpel and 3m...went ahead with xpel because everyone that i've talked to that used it said they prefer it over the 3M (it's relatively new compared to 3m/VentureSheild)

Nano film has a lifetime warranty
http://www.nano-fusion.net/warranty.htm
I realize this is a good price but I do live in a very small city compared to most. There are very few "high end" Cars in my neighborhood.
This is a Auto specialty place. I am also getting "metal" tint on all my windows with the clear bra install. $159 for the window tinting with a lifetime warranty.
Very few cars where I live have a clear bra with the exception of BMW's,Volvo and some Toyota's.

I am still curious as to how they have their hands on Nano Fusions since it hasnt been produced for nearly 6 months. Practically every installer I know has been on a waiting list for this film for a long time... including myself. No distributors have it right now. I have a feeling it is not Nano... unless they do not do many installs and have been sitting on the film for a long time. That is not a good sign either. make sure you watch their install to verify there is no cutting on the paint. I had a client that is in the local Corvette club there that had his paint all cut up by a local installer before he came to me. May not be the same guy... but there cant be to many installers there.

I ask him about the low production of Nana film and he said what you said; It is very hard to get but He said that Nano Film is in great demand also and he got his from "inside connections" and he has a low inventory.
It is Nano film. I look at a couple of installs including his own Harley Davidson Truck and to me it looked good. I might regret it but I will see after today.
