Default Why hasnt my TPMS light gone on?

so I took the summer wheels off this weekend with the OEM tpms sensors in them. Put back on the stock wheels with NO tpms. Im only running them 3-4 months so I wasnt going to spend the money buying a new set. The shop I took them to wouldnt install the wheels without the sensors cuz they said it was a safty hazard an id be disabling the tpms system. So whatever, i just had them mount the tires and balance the wheels, took them to another shop had them installed on the car. Since then ive drivin about 5 short trips, about 15min. each id say and my tpms light has not lit up on the dash yet?

when I swapped to winter wheels last week, it took about a 20-25 minute drive before the Dashboard TPMS light turned on.

It takes about 10 miles, or 20 minutes of driving, not sure which variable it uses, but when i didnt have TPMS in, they would turn on at around the same point in my daily commute to work.

The TPMS has a certain tolerence before it triggers so it may need to have a sigificant drop before the light goes off.
