Did you recently install HID bulbs, parking lights, etc? If so, check and see if you accidentally did not close the covers properly. If thats not the case, try drying it out with a hair dryer and seeing if it comes back. If you want to take the headlight apart, then it'll be a lot more time consuming. There's a thread on here that shows how to bake and open your headlights (search blacked out headlight housing). You can also use a heat gun to open the headlights. Use gasket sealant (comes in a tube) and apply where the old gasket was. Close up the headlights and you're set.

^^^ Agree... check to see if the cover is on tightly first. If someone changed the bulbs or installed HID kits, there is a chance that it hasn't been covered properly.
Throw in some silica or moisture absorbant packs and cover it tightly. You can buy them from home depot or Amazon.
If you seals on your headlights are worn, then I assume someone opened it up before... It's tricky to open the headlights. Heat gun will work, but it will take you a while. Quickest way is to bake it in an oven, but you have to be careful not to overcook it. There should be a DIY on opening up your headlights for blacking out the housing. Do a quick search...
If you car is still under warranty, have the dealer worry about it.

To open them preheat ur oven to 220 degrees place ur headlights in there with a cloth underneath for ten minutes then carefully pry them open with a flathead. You can use clear window caulking sealant to seal it back up. Bake again at the same settings and time and let ur headlights sit for bout half an hour before reinstalling

When I use a oven on lights, I preheat the oven to 250*F then turn it off. The light goes in on a piece of cardboard when the elements are off. No danger of melting plastic that way. Let it soak for 10 - 15 minutes.

Anytime you do bulb swaps, when you're finished and you're putting the bulb housing covers back on, you MUST use a flashlight to make sure you're putting the tabs in correctly, its very easy to get the tabs wrong because the cover will still 'snap' on. I've done countless bulb swaps on members cars and no one has ever come back to me complaining of condensation.
