Hi all,

I did a search on how to replace the fog light bulbs and succeeded in doing so; however, how do you turn those plastic screws (two on each wheel well by the bumper) back 90 degrees clockwise?

When I turned them 90 degrees counter clockwise to take them out, I felt a click, but when I put them back in to re-fasten them, they kind of spring back to the unlock position.

you take a flat head and just turn them.

They will turn, but you can feel some resistance. After you let go of the screwdriver, the screws spring back because of the resistance.

You probably don't have everything lined up correctly. I have removed the bumper multiple times and you need to have those clips and the liner just right to get those to click back in.

You're probably right, but what a coincidence all four screws are not cooperating.
