Default Hubcentric Spacer?

I'm looking for a hubcentric spacer... 74 to 60.1 (IS250)... preferably a 10mm spacer.

Anyone know where I can pick one of these up?

Most aftermarket wheels cater to the largest possible hub bore (the largest I know of is 74.1mm - my BMW E39).
