Can't duplicate problem at dealership... do they accept video evidence?
I'm about to bring my car in for the 6th time for a window problem. They are never able to duplicate the window motor buzzing that I hear at times. I finally caught it happening one day and had my cell phone to record it.
The first 5 times, they deny any issue and simply "reprogrammed" the windows.
Has anyone ever had experience where a problem can't be duplicated when it is in the shop!? Can they actually deny the validity of my video evidence?

Yeah, it's plenty clear.
One thing I didn't do was show the plates in the recording. I did record the mileage though. I only put 10 miles on it after driving it home from the dealership.
I even did a narration. I'm desperate to get it fixed. I'm sick of going back and forth with this window prob.

In my books, it's 3 strikes your out. If the issue has not been rectified, contact Customer Relations at HQ's...You got to remember that dealerships are independently managed. Watch how quick a Service Mgr turns around after receiving a memo from HQ's and rightfully so.
