Hey I want to purchase these for my IS250 I have a few questions for ya guys.
1. How hard are they to install and actually make it look like they are stock on the car?
2. On th site it asks about some extra stuff like squeegee and friction sleeve do i need these
3. Also application fluid it said something about rapid tac and rapid clear what is that also?
(website) http://www.rvinyl.com/redout/kits/is250.htm
Thanks,
Ryan
(EDIT)Oh and can you wax over these products to make sure they stay shiny and new looking?

makes the whole entire side of tail light red.
You can't really tell from a distance if there redout's. Only by walking
up to the car is when you can see the red overlay..
Took me like 8 to 10 minutes. Only thing is that you won't be able to get
all the bubbles out. After a week all the small bubbles disapeared.

I've got the Rvinyl redouts and I highly recommend them. Make sure you use a hairdryer, it makes the install much easier and more precise.
It was my first mod and it looks very good!

the ones i bought for my '09 are different and are much more difficult, but if yours is an 06-08, it should be really easy since they're one-piece. AeroTect ftw

I have the r-vinyl overlays on my '06 for about two years, still look great. A cheap mod that corrects one of the main stock eyesores I found with the car. Easy to install, I just folded up an index card since I didn't own a squeegee, and used soapy water to lube and position the overlay properly. I hand wax right over it just like any other surface.

As Joeker mentioned, '06-'08 Red Outs are a breeze, but you might try ours. they include the applicator/squeegee and instructions on how to make your spray solution (water and baby shampoo).
